Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Electronics Executive/ TV Technician to join our team at ServicesHead.com, a leading electronics repair service in Nagpur. As a TV Executive, you will be responsible for promoting, repairing, installation and selling our range of Television LED TVs to customers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving repair/sales targets.
Responsibilities:
– Repair Service and Promote and sell Television LED TVs to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value-added services
– Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
– Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries, and resolving complaints
– Maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date with latest technology and trends
– Manage stock levels, display, and visual merchandising of Television LED TVs
– Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and share best practices
– Participate in sales promotions, events, and training programs
Requirements:
– ITI या डिप्लोमा की डिग्री
– टेलीविजन और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स में अनुभव

– 2-व्हीलर ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong product knowledge and willingness to learn

– Basic computer skills and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
Preferred Skills:
– Experience in electronics or home appliance sales
– Knowledge of Television LED TV technology and brands
– Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages
